Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("Customer") place an order via www.Lyckolagret.se and related pages, ("Website"). The terms and conditions are only applicable to customers who are consumers and who place orders via the Website.
The stock of happiness follows safe e-commerce rules and regulations for distance shopping.
In order to order on the Website, the Customer must be 18 years of age. According to Swedish law, Lykkalager does not accept credit purchases (credit card, invoice, partial payment) to persons under 18 years of age. Lykkalag reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change a Customer's order (for example, if the Customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or has payment objections).
Lykkalag reserves itself for final sales and any image and writing errors on the Website, for example errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. The Lucky Store has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that the Customer has ordered, Lykkalager reserves the right to remove the product from the Customer's order. All image information on the Website should be viewed exclusively as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to represent the number of items the Customer will receive or the exact appearance, functions or origin of the item. Lykkalag is not responsible for information on the Website that comes from a third party.
Lykkalager or its licensors own the Website and all content therein. The information is protected according to intellectual property and market laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout as well as information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Lyckolager.
Agreement and Order
In order to make a purchase via the Website, the Customer must accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Customer undertakes to follow them in their entirety and agrees to have read the information about personal data and approved the use of personal data and cookies according to Lyckolagret's Privacy Policy.
A purchase agreement is only entered into when Lyckolager has confirmed the Customer's order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Lykkolager by e-mail. Lykkalager invites the Customer to save this order confirmation for any contacts with Lykkalager's customer service. The customer can withdraw his order until it has been confirmed by Lykkalager. If the order is cancelled, Lykkalager will refund all possible payments that the Customer or its payment or credit card company has made regarding the order.
Customer information etc.
The Customer confirms that the information the Customer fills in is correct and complete and is responsible for incorrectly filled information. Information about Lyckolagret's processing of personal data can be found in Lyckolagret's Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
The Customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the Customer can use the Customer's login details. The customer must not disclose usernames and passwords to any unauthorized person and must ensure that information about usernames and passwords is stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot access the information.
If Lykkolager suspects that the Customer is abusing his user account or his login details or otherwise violates the Terms and Conditions, Lykkolager has the right to suspend the Customer.
Delivery and transport
Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website. In connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock, delivery takes place no later than 30 working days from when Lykkalager has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. The expected delivery time of the product is shown in the order confirmation, in the checkout and/or on the current product page on the Website. In the event of a delivery delay, Lykkalager will notify you of this and continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days, the happy warehouse will try to find a replacement product, and alternatively offer a price reduction and ultimately cancel the purchase.
If packages are to be redeemed, the Customer must do this within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. The customer always receives a notification showing where and when the package is to be picked up. Notification can take place via e-mail, regular mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also via phone calls or SMS. If the Customer does not pick up the package, Lyckalager has the right to charge the Customer a fee of SEK 350 for work done and shipping fees. Please note that unredeemed packages do not fall within the scope of the right of cancellation or free returns.
If the Customer chooses to pay by invoice via Klarna, Lykkolager cannot offer delivery to an address other than your registered address.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his purchase by notifying Lykkalager within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period). Please note that if the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as the customer having handled it more than is necessary to investigate its properties or functions, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
goods with a broken seal (for example, dietary supplements, cosmetic products, electronics, scales and similar products);
goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old (for example, dietary supplements, health foods and other foods with a short shelf life);
goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch; sound or image recordings (for example, a CD) or computer program with a broken seal;
digital content delivered otherwise than on a physical medium (for example, computer programs, applications, games, music, videos or texts where access is by downloading from or streaming);
shoes (undamaged original packaging)
tools and electronics such as massage gun, headphones, intimate products (for example underwear, swimwear, socks, pantyhose).
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered in any other way than on a physical medium.
If an item has been sealed, e.g. a sealed sound or image recording or a sealed computer program or goods that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, for example underwear, where the seal has been broken by the consumer, the Customer may not break the seal if he wishes to be able to exercise his right of withdrawal .
If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the Customer must, before the cancellation period expires, send a clear and unambiguous message to Lykkalager, for example through the information here. The customer must enter his name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If the Customer does not wish to use the above notification options, the Customer can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency, see form here. Packages that are not picked up at an agent do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal and allow Lykkalager the right to charge the customer SEK 250 as a fee for work done and shipping fees.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Lykkalager. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. Returns must be made to Lykkalager according to the methods and instructions specified on the Website.
When the Customer regrets his purchase, Lykkalager pays back the amount the Customer paid for the item, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of the Customer choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Lykkalager. When part of an order is returned, the delivery cost is not refunded. From the amount to be refunded, Lykkolager has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the original value of the item, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to the Customer handling the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice that you have canceled the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you returned the item, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment option that the Customer chose, provided that no other agreement has been made or that there are obstacles to such a refund.
Warranty and complaint
Some of Lykkolagert's goods may be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty conditions for each product can be found on the product page. The warranty for products only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product . The customer's order confirmation is valid as a guarantee certificate.
The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim an error in an ordered item must contact Lyckalager as soon as possible after the error has been discovered via the contact details provided on the Website. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in good time. The customer has a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the Website.
In the event of a complaint or warranty matter, Lykkalager reserves the right that it may take some time as the supplier/factory/producer of the product is the one who must be engaged for the right competence to decide the issue.
The lucky warehouse is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.
When the complained item is returned and the complaint is approved, Lykkalager will compensate the Customer in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Lykkalager strives for this to take place within 30 days of Lykkalager receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. Lykkalag reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, Lyckalager follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent boards in other European countries. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.
Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond Lyckolager's reasonable control, for example in the event of a change in legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Lykkolager's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed as long as the circumstances prevail . If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Lykkalager have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Changes to the Terms
The Happiness Store reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the time the Customer has accepted the Terms and Conditions (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website), alternatively 30 days after Lykkolager has informed the Customer of the changes. However, Lykkalager recommends that the Customer keep up to date on the Website regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law and Dispute
14.1 Disputes must primarily be resolved by consensus after discussion with Lyckolagret's customer service.
If the dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Lyckolagret's customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (Allmänna reklamentationsnämnden, ARN Box 174 101 23 Stockholm), which you can find more information about at www.arn.se. You can also submit complaints directly online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, which you can find via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without court involvement.
In the event of a dispute, Lykkolager follows the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
14.3 Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and decided by a general court.

How to cancel a purchase
If you need to contact our customer service regarding a product you have received, you can easily send us a message within 14 days of the delivery date. To facilitate the process, please include your order number in the message. We look forward to helping you in the best possible way!
How long are your delivery times?
We can happily tell you that our packages are sent out every day of the week and that all shipments are fully traceable. We strive to provide you with the best delivery experience possible.
However, we would also like to inform you that the delivery times may vary slightly depending on the availability of products from our partners and the logistics that the shipping companies use to transport the goods. We trade in products from all over the world. For our European suppliers, shipping takes an average of 2-4 days. If your product is shipped from the USA or ASIA, the shipment normally takes about 15 days.
If for any reason you are missing your shipment, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation for you.
I'm missing a tracking number?
It takes a few days to prepare a shipment. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the distribution has started. Please give it a few days. If after some time you still have not received your tracking number, please contact us. We are at your disposal.
